Your body doesn’t feel within your control. . .
You’ve been told Menopause and pelvic issues are “just something you have to deal with” as a part of getting older.
Pain has been stopping you from doing the things you love and causing you to lose confidence in your body and movement.
The thought of exercising brings anxiety and fear of potential injuries or making a current problem worse.
There is constant negative self-talk and guilt around not starting sooner, but you feel overwhelmed and confused on what’s the “right” workout.
Welcome to Iron Crane, where strength training and yoga = results.
Strength
We help you learn to trust your body by making everything an invitation. You can go as fast or as slow as you choose.
Yoga
We help improve mobility, balance, and body awareness by intentional connection with the head, heart, and body.
Mindset
We help you learn to develop a mindset of growth, silencing the negative self talk and prioritize your individual progress.

“A truly lovely space. Very Love, love, love this spot! I’ve been practicing yoga on and off for a couple decades and am particular about where (or more specifically, who) I practice with. Iron Crane is a safe, welcoming space where all bodies and abilities are honored. The absolute cherry on top is the iron strength classes offered! I love getting both my harder workouts and yoga done at the same studio. Where else could you go where the yoga instructor knows what’s sore that day because they also planned your workout the day before?! Absolutely love it!” - Capella
“I love this studio! The instructors are very knowledgeable in all aspects of yoga, as well as, strength and mobility training. That combination of knowledge makes for a powerful class experience. My body, mind and soul thank me after each class.” - Darlene
“ICY is a rare gem!! I've hated to workout and go to classes MY. ENTIRE. LIFE. I've found a place where I’m comfortable, enjoy a sense of community, can be challenged do MY best, and know that I'm getting the specific feedback that I need. I love the combination of class offerings, and am surprising myself with what I’m able to do...and enjoy! SO much more than "a gym" or a workout class.” - Kim
“This place is amazing. They don't push you to over do it, they have you grab a wall to maintain your balance. I would strongly recommend this business for seasoned Strength/Yoga folks, but also for the first timers who are reluctant/nervous to try something new at the age of 61 years old in their life!!!!” -Dave

EVERYONE is welcome at our studio. We highly encourage all genders to come and participate in a yoga practice or strength training session. We believe that you just might hear something that will help you love the women in your life a little better.

Then you definitely SHOULD come to a yoga class! We were not naturally flexible people either. It is something we have worked on for years to get better. We encourage you to have lots of grace for yourself and be patient, the flexibility will come.

We’ve got you! We make it a practice to help our clients learn to trust their bodies so that you won’t have to be afraid of doing too much too fast, you’ll know how to listen to your body! We encourage you to try this with an attitude of play, asking the question “what if….” What if you tried something new, picked up something a little bit heavier, or what if you actually loved it? You’ll never know until you try.

If the up and down movement makes you dizzy or you need support getting off the floor, we recommend that you start with either our Chair Strength or our Base Yoga classes. Both of these classes will allow you to modify your practice to meet you exactly where you are.
