ELEVATE

ELEVATE will lift your yoga practice to new heights. This dynamic session challenges both body and mind. Soar into higher realms of strength, flexibility, and spiritual awareness as you move beyond previous limitations into new realms of mastery. Each session blends dynamic movement, breathwork, and meditation. Join us to discover new levels of inspiration and joy. 

Empower Your Core

This class is designed to teach women to feel powerful and connected in their body through targeted pelvic floor exercises, core stabilization, and breathwork. Led by Jeanetta Bodie, a Pelvic Floor Yoga Therapist with nearly a decade of experience, each session blends yoga, functional movement, and mindfulness to improve strength, reduce incontinence, and enhance overall vitality. Perfect for women navigating postpartum recovery, menopause, or simply seeking to build a stronger core, this empowering class is $30 per drop-in or included in membership. Join us to discover the strength and resilience within you!

IRON STRENGTH

We are firm believers that everyone should incorporate strength training into their health routine to counter the effects of aging. This doesn't mean you must throw barbells around. It doesn’t necessitate heavy lifting in a traditional gym setting. IRON STRENGTH takes the principles of yoga–body awareness, breath work, and mindful movement-- into a uniquely designed strength training class that helps you connect and build trust with your body as you strengthen it. No matter your current fitness level, our expert coaches utilize a blend of resistance bands, kettlebells, sandbags, and suspension straps to strengthen your body. No mats are needed and shoes are optional, we encourage barefoot movement. Join us where inner strength meets outer resilience.

MELLOW

Yoga, as a spiritual practice, aims to unite body, mind, and heart. However, in our fast-paced, stress-filled world, many perceive yoga solely as another workout. In MELLOW, we strive to rekindle the true essence of yoga by cultivating awareness of breath and body, and fostering a deeper understanding of oneself. This practice unfolds at an easy, flowing pace, allowing ample time for exploration of postures, mindful muscle engagement, and sensory awareness. This class is tailored for individuals of all levels seeking a slower-paced yoga experience. Whether you're new to yoga, desiring a gentler approach, or navigating specific concerns or injuries, MELLOW offers a nurturing space to reconnect with yourself and your practice.

REFRESH

Join us for REFRESH, where each class is uniquely crafted to meet the specific needs of our students that day. We begin with a centering meditation to ground and align our energies and transition into an asana practice tailored to the collective energy in the room. Our aim is to ensure that you feel acknowledged, cherished, and revitalized by the end of the session. You will come away with a heightened awareness of your own energy and a stronger sense of connection to yourself and others.

RESTORE

Experience deep relaxation and rejuvenation in RESTORE. Designed to soothe the body and calm the mind, this gentle practice incorporates supported poses and mindful breathing techniques to promote profound rest and healing. Each session focuses on releasing tension, restoring balance, and nurturing self-care. Suitable for all levels, RESTORE offers a sanctuary for finding peace amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life. Join us and embrace the serenity within.

Yin

Immerse yourself in a calming practice designed to promote deep relaxation and rejuvenation. YIN Yoga is a slow-paced style that involves holding poses for longer durations, typically 3 to 5 minutes, targeting the connective tissues and fascia of the body. This gentle practice allows you to cultivate mindfulness, increase flexibility, and release tension stored in the body.
