    Start working out on your own time! Each month, enjoy 3 tailored exercise workouts, 2  yoga classes, and 2 meditations.

What’s included in the intake assessments?

Our assessments focus on movement patterns and help create a personalized baseline for your training program. We’ll observe your range of motion, posture, and muscle function to better support your goals.

What equipment do I need if doing at home?

Exercises will be tailored to the equipment available. At a minimum you’ll need resistance loop bands and pull assistance bands. This investment is around $40. Click HERE for purchase links.

Who is this program for?

Train for Life is perfect for women navigating life transitions—whether it’s menopause, recovering from an injury, or simply wanting to regain control over their body and movement in the comfort of their home.

How are workouts delivered?

Workouts are delivered in two ways which depends on your preference. 1. EverFit app 2. PDF. Each you'll receive a video demonstration for each exercise, along with instructions on the number of rounds and repetitions.

What are the app features?

The Everfit app also allows you to message your coach directly, add progress photos, and sync your data to the app if you like. (ex: Apple Health, Fitbit, etc).
