about the training
Our 300-hour training takes a holistic approach to both yoga and professional growth. We cover every facet of a yoga teacher’s development—from advanced asana techniques and sequencing, to in-depth anatomy, business development, and leadership skills. You'll leave this training with a deeper understanding of movement, trauma, somatics, and the aging body, all while learning how to manage the financial aspects of a sustainable yoga career.
This program will build your confidence as a leader in the yoga community. It will equip you with the tools needed to serve diverse populations, including those dealing with trauma, chronic pain, and aging.

Our training includes in-depth sessions on leadership development, anatomy, business, and the spiritual aspects of yoga:
Leadership Development: Develop your authentic voice, lead from abundance, and master conflict transformation skills. Break free from limiting beliefs, overcome obstacles, and set a clear vision for your business success.
Advanced Anatomy: Explore the body’s major muscle groups to deepen your understanding of movement to create exceptional classes and personal programs specific to your clients needs
Nervous System & Pain Science: Discover how the nervous system influences pain, recovery, and resilience in the body allowing you to create a space of curiosity and agency for your clients.
Pelvic Floor Health: Gain insights into how the pelvic floor impacts your breathing, core strength, sexual health, and emotional balance and confidently incorporate this knowledge into your teaching.
Breathwork & Meditation: Master the art of guiding breathwork and balancing the nervous system by learning how to use different breathing techniques based on needing to up-regulate or down-regulate.
Lead Teachers
Jeanetta and Doraine are a mother-daughter teaching duo dedicated to developing leaders in yoga. Together they make a powerful teaching team. Jeanetta loves a challenge and loves to challenge others. Doraine is easy going and doesn’t always enjoy challenging interactions.
Jeanetta Bodie
Owner of Iron Crane Yoga and pelvic floor yoga therapist, Jeanetta has nearly a decade of experience in yoga, teaching women’s health, breathwork, strength training and more. Her mission is to empower women to connect with their bodies and heal emotionally.
Doraine Bennett
A seasoned yoga instructor with a focus on anatomy and movement, Doraine brings her wealth of knowledge and passion for teaching to support students in their physical and professional development.

Our YTT 300 is spread across five months, with monthly in-person weekends and weekly online sessions:
