This 6-week program provides hands-on mentorship, intentional practice, and actionable feedback to refine your skills and help you become a standout coach.

  • Weekly Zoom Calls

    Dive deep into learning objectives with expert guidance and collaborative problem-solving.

    Wednesdays, 4-5 p.m.

  • Shadowing Sessions

    Observe Iron Strength Teachers in action once a week which supports your progression toward creating your own class with confidence.

  • Written Class Plans

    Create and refine weekly class plans based on weekly learning objectives, integrating what you’ve learned into practical application.

Mentorship Gains

  • Confident Movement Coaching

    Practice teaching and analyzing movement for individuals and groups with ease, building your ability to guide clients effectively. Be able to provide modifications.

  • Precision Cueing and Mirroring
