Studio Policies:

1. Class cards, memberships, single classes, and workshops are purchased via the website and will not be refunded and are not transferable.

2. In order to terminate a membership after the first month, member must notify Iron Crane Yoga at least 7 days prior to the next automatic charge against its credit card via email to jeanetta@ironcraneyoga.com. Membership cancelations will not be accepted through text message or verbal requests.

3. Members may freeze their membership for one (1) month out of every year when requested with 15 days prior notice by e-mail directed to jeanetta@ironcraneyoga.com.

4. Member agrees to purchase the membership for the amount of the Membership Fee as an automatic, re-occurring charge to a debit or credit card for each month and agrees to let Iron Crane Yoga charge the card monthly.

5. Member understands that a membership will be deactivated if its account becomes more than 30 calendar days late.
